12 Week Split - Alright, you've built a pretty good physique and you're pretty strong but you need to get to that next level. This plan is designed for advanced lifters who want to maximize their strength and muscle growth with a solid 6-day PPL split. Built on progressive overload with heavy compounds followed by strict hypertrophy work. There will be more complex ideas in this plan because you're an advanced lifter so you should think like one too.
6 Day Split
- Day 1: Push(Strength)
- Day 2: Pull(Strength)
- Day 3: Legs(Strength)
- Day 4: Rest or Active Recovery
- Day 5: Push(Hypertrophy)
- Day 6: Pull(Hypertrophy)
- Day 7: Legs(Hypertrophy)
